- General
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all sales of products made to you (the “Customer”) in the countries listed on the checkout page of the website (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions supersede any prior terms and conditions or any general or specific terms and conditions of the Customer. Any product order placed on the Website requires the Customer’s prior agreement to and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
Ordering Process
The ordering process on the Website consists of the following steps:- The customer adds the selected products to the shopping cart
- The Customer enters their personal information, including their name and billing address
- The Customer confirms the preferred shipping method and provides the delivery address
- The Customer confirms the payment method and enters the required payment information
- The Customer will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions
- Before the Customer submits the order, they will have the opportunity to review their information and selection, and to verify the total price of the order, including shipping costs. If the Customer needs to correct or update this information, they can simply return to the relevant section and make the necessary changes.
After the order is placed, our system will send the Customer an email confirming receipt of the order.
Order Acceptance
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all offers or proposals are nonbinding and do not create any obligation on our part. Any order placed by the Customer through the Website will always be confirmed by the Website via email. The sales agreement is concluded only after we confirm the order via email.
Prices
The price of the products ordered by the Customer on the Website is the price displayed on the Website at the time the Customer confirms the order, as stated in the confirmation e-sent to the Customer.- For customers within the European Union: All prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
- For customers outside the European Union, all prices are in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs. Customers should be aware that they may have to pay additional charges upon receipt of the package. For example, these additional charges could be customs duties or other official charges paid upon importation. We are not responsible for any of the above additional charges that may apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after you enter your shipping information. All other applicable taxes, duties, fees, or charges that arise between the time the product is ordered and the time of delivery shall be borne by the Customer.

Invoicing and Payment
Once the sale is confirmed and shipped, we will send the Customer an invoice upon delivery.The payment methods we accept are listed on the website. Payments must be made in euros and only using the accepted payment methods. The Customer’s bank account will be debited on the next business day (or within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the Customer’s bank) after the order is placed.

The risk of loss, theft, and total or partial destruction of the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the product. Ownership of the products will not pass to the Customer, and full legal and actual ownership of the products will remain with us, unless and until we receive full payment for the products, including all incidental charges due, such as shipping charges, interest, fees, expenses, and other costs.
Age Requirements
By ordering products on the Website, the Customer represents that he or she is an adult aged 18 or older, or that he or she has obtained the express consent of his or her parents/legal guardians in the event that they have not yet reached the age of 18.- Liability and Complaints
We are not liable for indirect damages (including, but not limited to, loss of time, emotional distress, damage to reputation, loss of revenue, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity).All complaints must be submitted via our contact form within seven (7) business days of delivery of the products. If the complaint is deemed valid, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the products delivered.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude our liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death, or bodily injury.
- Force majeure
We are not liable in the event of Force Majeure (i.e. in all situations in which it is very difficult to comply with its obligations under the sales agreement, including but not limited to disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts of God, actual or threatened terrorist attacks, acts of war, sabotage, explosions, riots, civil commotion, insurrections, revolutions and strikes, lockouts or labor disputes, government acts, accident or breakdown of facilities or machinery, errors in third-party software, shortage of materials, inability of a utility provider (including an electricity, gas, network or telecommunications provider) to provide services and any acts or omissions of third parties beyond its reasonable control).

Sales History Archive
For your convenience, we will archive your sales history, which you can view at any time on the website using your login credentials.- Applicable law
The Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without reference to conflict of laws rules.
